in the event that the hydrant would need to be used in an emergency situation, either A: smash through the windows and feed a line through the car or B: ram the Vette out of the way with the engine or chief truck (typically engine since its better armored) THEN they bill the Vette owner for damages done to the truck. Love justice. Or I hate stupid people. Not sure.
